When a dancer is enrolled at Dorothy Keck Dancers for the Fall/Spring session, he or she is expected to attend classes through our annual recital at the end of May. Parents are financially responsible for all months that fall between the student's enrollment date and our recital. If a student no longer wishes to attend classes, Dorothy Keck Dancers must be notified in writing by the 15th of the month prior to the withdrawal. If Dorothy Keck Dancers is not notified, the student or parent will be fiscally responsible for all months of tuition until a written notification is received. In order to withdraw, students' tuition payments must be current.
Please note that verbal withdrawals are not valid. A withdrawal form must be obtained from Dorothy Keck Dancers and returned to the studio.
